THE RED GAMBIT SERIES

I'm asking because I heard of at least one similar incident where Waffen SS troops gunned down Allied soldiers after they were taken prisoner. If my memory was accurate, there were a few survivors, and I was wondering if there might be a few lucky Russians who managed to survive, and might be looking for revenge.

I have not factored survivors into the series, so assume there are  none :-(

Even though it's fiction, and even though the Soviets were the antagonists, we still feel pity for them.

Then  have succeeded in some small way. There are no bad peoples, just bad people.
