213133@628 - 108 pages of battle. It is now over and there are a few left standing ... and just for you :-) Can death be sleep, when life is but a dream, And scenes of bliss pass as a phantom by? The transient pleasures as a vision seem, And yet we think the greatest pain's to die.
John Keats
CHAPTER 185 - RAGNARØKKR
2351 hrs, Sunday, 30th March 1947, headquarters of 1st GMRD, Polanów, Poland.
The commanders remained ramrod straight as Colonel General of Armoured Troops Pavel Rybalko delivered the final orders personally. Rybalko was a brilliant armoured warfare specialist and his reputation ensured that 3rd Guards Tank Army got the very best available

Hi Colin, Oh boy, I am so excited that the next chapter is close. I'm not looking for hints or clues about what happens - I don't want to spoil the fun of reading the book - but it would be great to know an approximation of when I'll get my hands on the thing. Any clues on a date for the physical book? Thanks a million My first post so apologies for hassling you straight off the bat.

will there be an OOB available for Endgame? What effect will the 6 month 'Phony Peace' have on the introduction of the new weapons & technology mentioned in Initiative? ( the weapons I'm thinking about are; the burney recoiless rifle, Mk III Centurion, HESH rounds, Jet aircraft, T54.

Im used to being harrassed about the book issue. Im working as hard as i can. It will be out before the end of October for sure... anything before that is gravy. There wont be an OOB in tehmain book, but possibly one in the Bios. I dont know for sure tbh. The effect on advances will be what it is. I have tried to develop logically, bearing in mind that I have tried to develop along wartime lines, which hastens the process. I have also developed on need, so for example, I have not developed the super heavy German tanks or any Luftwaffe items, as the Allies had excellent alternatives. The Skyraider came in early based on teh same principle. Hope that helps.

Editing completed. Book stands presently at 227203 @ 697, which makes it the second largest of the series. Now I just have to pull all the stops out and get the graphics completed by Friday and you should be reading it by the weekend. Don't hold your breath though. I'm behind big time.
