I was kind of suspecting that Turkey may have a role in the way, like maybe sending some troops to help check the SOviet onslaught. After all, they joined NATO and sent troops to Korea, which is rather more distant than Europe. Could Turkey maybe have sdone so? | |

I intend no military role for Turkey, and that they should stay neutral throughout. That does not stop some shennanigans in country of course :-) | |
