Supposedly, near the end, they decided on something which will kill a million people. Are they going to use atomic weapons on their own soil? Or chemical or biological? | |

If I were Stalin, I wouldn't waste any useful WMDs on merely civilans. I'd use it to hit the invading Allied forces, especially since they're beating the crap out of my military. | |
